Practicing Human Resources Management for over 25 years in private and public organization settings, I understand the challenges Human Resource Management faces today marrying the day to day transactional and problem-solving responsibilities along with keeping a watchful eye over the strategic business goals and visionary aspects of a successful and efficient Human Resource function. Teaching from the academic view of the Human Resources field as depicted below my goal is to partner with your Human Resource Management team to provide the added energy and services necessary for your HR operational function, so you can focus on the strategic side of business and visionary intention.

About Me

Linda obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Florida Southern College, Lakeland Florida and her Master of Science in Human Resource Development and Administration from Barry University, Miami Florida. She is a Professional in Human Resource Management certified by the National Society of Human Resource Management and obtained her Florida Public Human Resources Professional certification from the Florida Public Human Resources Association. Additionally, Linda has achieved her certificate from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services for Federal Labor & Employment Arbitrator. She has served as a Human Resources professional and Labor Manager for over twenty years and has extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resource and Labor Management in both the private and public sectors. She has also been certified to teach Human Resources and Leadership as an adjunct professor in Florida State Colleges. 

Currently is owner and Director of Top HR Advisor, L.L.C. as a Human Resources and Leadership consultant. She also serves as a Human Resources consultant for The Gehring Group headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, and is a State of Florida. Certified Business Enterprise (CBE), Minority Business Designation. Certified True Colors Facilitator.
